Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering for, or using the wave100 platform in any capacity, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and wave100 as the platform operator. They apply to all services, features, content, and functions provided by the platform, including Sports Betting, online gaming, financial transactions, and any related support services. Continued use following any changes to the terms signifies your acceptance of the latest version in effect.

This platform is open only to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and are legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement in Malaysia.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

To fully access wave100's services, you are required to register a unique personal account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account at any time. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for:

  • Ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and kept up to date at all times
  • Keeping your account password and login credentials confidential from third parties
  • All activity that occurs under your account, whether carried out by you or by any other party who gains access
  • Notifying the wave100 support team immediately if there is any unauthorised access or security breach on your account

Wave100 reserves the right to require additional identity verification at any time to ensure account security and compliance with anti-money laundering procedures. Failure to complete the verification requirements within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension or closure.

Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Conduct

Wave100 platform users are required to comply with all applicable usage rules. The platform is intended for personal entertainment purposes only and must not be used for commercial purposes, fraud, or any activity that contravenes the laws in force in Malaysia.

The following are strictly prohibited on the wave100 platform:

  • Using automation software, bots, or any technical means to manipulate the betting or gaming system
  • Colluding with other users to exploit system vulnerabilities or gain an unfair advantage
  • Using your account to process transactions on behalf of third parties or for money laundering purposes
  • Distributing unlawful, offensive, or harmful content through the platform
  • Attempting to access areas of the platform not intended for regular users through unauthorised technical means

Wave100 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, account closure, or reporting to the relevant authorities.

Payment, Deposit & Transaction Information in MYR

All financial transactions on the wave100 platform are conducted exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No foreign currencies are accepted and no currency conversion is carried out through this platform. This ensures clarity and transparency for all users in Malaysia.

Accepted payment methods include online bank transfers via major Malaysian banks, and recognised digital wallets including GrabPay and Touch 'n Go eWallet. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits set from time to time, which can be reviewed in your account dashboard.

For withdrawals, wave100 will process valid withdrawal requests within the specified timeframe, subject to the following conditions:

  • Account identity verification is complete and the recipient's name matches the registered bank account or digital wallet name
  • All applicable bonus wagering requirements, if any, have been fully met prior to submitting the withdrawal request
  • No active investigation relating to the account is ongoing at the time the request is submitted

Wave100 is not responsible for any delays caused by internal processes of banks or digital wallet operators. If you have a dispute regarding a transaction, you must submit a complaint within thirty (30) days from the date the transaction occurred.

Liability Limits, Account Policies & Intellectual Property

Liability Limits

Wave100 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of betting funds, service disruptions due to system maintenance, or any technical failures beyond the platform's reasonable control. Users access this platform at their own risk and are responsible for understanding the risks associated with betting activities.

Account Suspension and Closure

Wave100 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice where there is evidence or strong reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms, fraud, or activity that is harmful to the platform or other users. In confirmed closure cases, any valid account balance (after deducting winnings obtained through unauthorised means) will be returned to the user via the original payment method.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, software, and trademarks on the wave100 platform are the exclusive property of wave100 or its relevant licensors. Users are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent. Any infringement of intellectual property rights may be subject to legal action.

Third-Party Links & Services

The wave100 platform may contain references to third-party services for user convenience. wave100 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party services and recommends that users review their respective terms of service separately.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Wave100 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these terms at any time at its absolute discretion. Significant changes will be communicated to registered users via their registered email address or through an in-platform notice before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes full acceptance of the amended terms.

Users are responsible for reviewing this Terms & Conditions page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable version. The most recent update date will always be displayed at the top of this page for reference.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be reinterpreted to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
